People beyond technology.<br \/>\nJobs that imply empathy will be revalued and 50% of people will be freelance that is already\u00a0 a reality in the USA.<br \/>\nWhat will companies do before a mass of highly qualified professionals who want their independence?<br \/>\nWhy do they prefer to be freelance and what will companies do to attract talent and retain it? What should companies do?<br \/>\nWe are talking about new organizational Models, new management, communication and participation styles where the Leadership Style should be inspiring.
