In my\u00a0<strong>#jobhunting<\/strong>\u00a0program, I work daily with\u00a0<strong>#senior<\/strong>\u00a0people looking for\u00a0<strong>#employment<\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0<strong>#professional<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>#opportunity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Today I received a call from a +50 senior, \u00a0that I have been \u00a0accompanyingin what he called\u00a0<em>\u201ccrossing the desert\u201d<\/em>\u00a0, to tell me he has gotten a new\u00a0<strong>#job<\/strong>\u00a0and an amazing project.\u00a0He thanks me and I only have words of gratitud towards him for everything I&#8217;ve learned and enjoyed working together during \u00a02.5 months. For the record it&#8217;s been in no time taht he&#8217;s reached his objective..<\/p>\n<p>50 years ago in 1968 the psychiatrist Robert Butler coined the term\u00a0<strong>#ageism<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul class=\"x-ul-icons\">\n<li class=\"x-li-icon\"><i class=\"x-icon-times\" aria-hidden=\"true\" data-x-icon-s=\"\uf00d\"><\/i>As the harmful attitude towards the elderly<\/li>\n<li class=\"x-li-icon\"><i class=\"x-icon-times\" aria-hidden=\"true\" data-x-icon-s=\"\uf00d\"><\/i>The aging and aging process itself<\/li>\n<li class=\"x-li-icon\"><i class=\"x-icon-times\" aria-hidden=\"true\" data-x-icon-s=\"\uf00d\"><\/i>And discrimination against the elderly with even practices and policies that reinforce stereotypes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"e424-9 x-text\">\n<p>The market needs people with our #seniority so above all we will mark the Difference in this market of liquid professions!
