I had the opportunity to meet some years ago with @LoftiEll-Ghandouri and the presentation of his book \u201cThe internal dismissal\u201d that deals with the unhappiness of some people in their current job, where they have 2 ways out:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

  • <\/i>Facing reality.<\/li>\n
  • <\/i>Find themselves trapped with without motivation, disappointment, resignation with the \u201cthis is it\u201d saying.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In this scenario I help my #candidates and take action and be breve since we are all #surfers in this uncertain market of liquid professions and I accompany them in the process, where they have to:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    • <\/i>Listen to their \u201cinternal voice\u201d and not save it to themselves.<\/li>\n
    • <\/i>Start with a self analysis to and redefine their #professionalobjective create a #strategy to achieve it and action plan to execute it.<\/li>\n
    • <\/i>Job Hunting and employment is a #job.<\/li>\n
    • <\/i>To abandon the \u201cinternal dismissal\u201d is in your hands and you are solely responsible.<\/li>\n
    • <\/i>Desde el trabajo se encuentra mucho mejor el trabajo ideal, aprovechando las hashtag #redessociales donde hay oportunidades si las buscas<\/li>\n
    • <\/i>El trabajo no te viene a buscar- el hashtag #algoritmo de hashtag #Linkedin si<\/li>\n
    • <\/i>Salir del \u201cdespido interior\u201d est\u00e1 en tu mano eres el \u00fanico responsable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
