Many just  watch without doing anything and HR consultants in advanced ages are the first who do not negotiate with  their clients / companies that should value the enrollment of any employee regardless of their age, gender, worth and experience.

It is not an easy task I know, but not negotiating with your client is cowardly and remaining in the comfort zone.

Brave head hunters  have invented a new generation the X + Y.

And I want to encourage consolidated entrepreneurs and start app entrepreneurs, to  hire senior profiles that  have great experience and are also millennials because today,  they are looking for a project that makes them enjoy, with what they know how to do better than anyone.

You take a look in the mirror just think that age does not turn back for anyone and that we are not Peter Pan.
